The new building space continues to the neighbouring building the Anděl Media Centrum - headquarters of the Mafra media group, which it extends. One basic request of the client was the continuation of the building with the AMC construction in the vertical arrangement of the individual floors, enabling an interconnection of the layouts of both buildings. The building is outlined as a simple four-storey volume with strip windows and external blinds, and with the recessed fifth floor. Below ground level there are three basement levels, the first of which is formed from the side of the internal atrium at the ground level and where offices are also placed. The other basement areas contain parking served by a carlift, and technical and warehousing spaces.
