Volume of the library and community center reflects local architecture. The house in its footprint, ledge and roof ridge follows on neighboring town house and local historic parcellation. The house consists of three parts – volume into the town square roofed with saddle roof and two wings turned into gardens. The architecture of the building reflects its inner structure and service. Glazed facade in the lobby highlights the public character of the building by visual connection between exterior and public interior.
