The project deals with new development in the area of the former Odkolek mills and bakeries in Prague 9 - Vysočany. In addition to the basic design, i.e. building new semi-enclosed blocks of houses and the revitalization of the original office building that is subject to historic preservation, we focused on the original mill. The building where tradition meets modernity should also be the pivotal point and symbol of a new, predominantly residential district. It contains loft residences that are reminiscent of the industrial nature of the original house. On the parterre, there is a café, gym, shop and restaurant with a summer terrace shaded by trees next to a playground.
