In the basement there are garages and technical facilities of the building. On the upper floors there are office spaces, situated along the external and internal facades of the building. The roof garden with terrace offers views of the distant surroundings. She also received a WELL certificate which evaluates the health and overall well-being of users and a WELL Health-Safety Rating certificate which assesses safety in terms of the spread of communicable diseases.
