Reconstruction and completion of the previously gallery building was driven by an effort to preserve and utilize as much of the original constructions as possible, including restoration of the street facing façade. The street wing was increased by two floors, two further levels are concealed in the area under the bow roof. The courtyard section was also increased and partially widened while respecting the 'L shaped' layout and the attached neighboring buildings. Today the house offers a vast amount of above standard rental apartments located on 3rd to 7th floors, varying from studios to three- bedroom maisonette flats. The second floor is devoted to office space, with classical offices facing the street and open-plan office space illuminated by a number of portholes from the courtyard side. Commercial spaces are located on the ground floor and lower ground floor. Underground are a technical facility, and a special parking facility for residents, realized in a three floor parking system.
