Residential house Pod Jalovým dvorem, Prague

This is a solution for a newly built apartment building in Pod Jalovým dvorem Street in Prague 4 on the site of a former car workshop. The material solution of the proposed building responds to the specific situation of the locality - low-rise enclaves, surrounded by high-rise buildings of a housing estate character. It is an L-shaped apartment building, located along the street and consisting of two full and one partially receding floors and with parking in a semi-recessed basement. The mass of the house is treated with inter-apartment walls, so that its predominantly vertical division connects to the structure of neighboring terraced houses and at the same time to respond to the existing terrain configuration of the adjacent street and neighboring land.
