The subject of the competition was reconstruction and annex of two buildings of Bata industrial zone in Zlín, Czech Republic. The proposed complex of buildings should serve for visitors of Regional Library, Regional Museum and Regional Gallery.
The concept is based on idea to restitute the original industrial buildings and to complete their composition by horizontal volume of the entrance lobby and vertical dominant of the book deposit. Between the existing buildings is created a public space, accessible from the city center.

The proposal was awarded in public architecture competition.
