The study is resolving development of a lenghtwise plot on the periphery of the village. The task was to design low-cost apartments in a blocks of flats with a maximum of three floors. The final urban structure is created by a simple "cube" block, repeating in two mirror-inverted versions. The block offers 8 flats of sizes varying from small studios to apartments with one bedroom and living room with kitchenette. Each flat located on the ground floor has its own garden with a terrace, each of the individual flats located on the higher floors have their own balcony. The grounds are then complemented by a common green area with a playground.
